One of her primary goals is to expand the client base from four to eight, a target that she believes can be achieved through the efforts of the account managers and team leaders. She is also dedicated to strengthening client relationships, enhancing professional development opportunities for team members, and ensuring that her peers leave the agency with the confidence and skills needed to succeed in the workforce, regardless of their career ambitions.
To achieve these goals, Kamryn has implemented several key initiatives. Strengthening client relationships and expanding student opportunities are top priorities. She understands that real-world projects provide the best learning experiences. Additionally, fostering creativity and collaboration is central to her leadership approach. Her background in content creation and internal promotions within J. Blue has given her a deep understanding of agency operations, the application process, and the significance of team dynamics in achieving success.
As J. Blue Agency looks ahead, Kamryn is focused on bringing in a new cohort of driven individuals for Fall 2025.
